After a devastating server outage at EmKa, Lou, with Richard’s help, battles the chaos. Little does she know that Richard, who seems to be selflessly supporting her, is secretly pursuing his own agenda. Meanwhile, an old conflict resurfaces between Jess and her father, Gerd. Jess lovingly cares for her father, who, after his heart attack, wants to regain control of his body with the help of a smartwatch. But the technology only complicates matters. In the Böttcher household, Valerie is causing resentment: Instead of helping her sister Franka in her time of need, she prefers to invest in risky financial products – pushing Simon to his breaking point. And things are also heating up in the kitchen. Julius puts Carla under pressure and gives her a tough ultimatum. A difficult decision for Carla – will she give in?
