He highlights the similarities and differences between social structures and governmental systems as well as the details of an ongoing exchange program between Earth and Cassiopean worlds. Has the US military explored other humanoid planets in remote star systems since the 1980’s, and if so, what are their plans to integrate those off-world learnings on our planet through quantum mirroring?
